ACQUISITIONS	ACQUISITIONS During the first 13 weeks of fiscal 2024, the company paid cash of $219.3 million for the acquisition of BIX Produce Company. Certain acquisitions involve contingent consideration that may include earnout agreements that are typically payable over periods of up to three years in the event that certain operating results are achieved. As of September 30, 2023, aggregate contingent consideration outstanding was $57.2 million, of which $55.6 million was recorded as earnout liabilities. Earnout liabilities are all measured using unobservable inputs that are considered a Level 3 fair value measurement.
