Commitments and Contingencies Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 10 – Contingencies: The purchase price to acquire substantially all of the assets of BAMKO, Inc. (“BAMKO”) in 2016 included contingent consideration based on varying levels of BAMKO’s consolidated EBITDA in each measurement period through 2021. The estimated fair value for BAMKO acquisition-related contingent consideration payable was $5.2 million as of December 31, 2020, of which $4.3 million is expected to be paid in the second quarter of 2021. The total estimated undiscounted remaining payments related to this contingent consideration payable is between $5.4 million and $5.7 million. The purchase price to acquire substantially all of the assets of Tangerine Promotions, Ltd. and Tangerine Promotions West, Inc. (collectively “Tangerine”) in 2017 included contingent consideration based on varying levels of Tangerine’s EBITDA in each measurement period through 2021. The estimated fair value for Tangerine acquisition-related contingent consideration payable was $2.3 million as of December 31, 2020, of which $1.3 million is expected to be paid in the second quarter of 2021. The total estimated undiscounted remaining payments related to this contingent consideration payable is between $2.3 million and $2.8 million. The Company will continue to evaluate these liabilities for remeasurement at the end of each reporting period and any changes will be recorded in the Company’s statements of comprehensive income. The carrying amount of the liabilities may fluctuate significantly and actual amounts paid may be materially different from the estimated value of the liabilities. The Company is involved in various legal actions and claims arising from the normal course of business. In the opinion of management, the ultimate outcome of these matters is not expected to have a material impact on the Company’s results of operations, cash flows, or financial position.
