SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 12 — SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 18, 2011, the Company announced a regular quarterly dividend of $0.0875 per share. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2011 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 1, 2011.
