INCOME TAXES	NOTE 6 — INCOME TAXES During the first quarter ended June 18, 2011 there were no material changes to the unrecognized tax benefits disclosed in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended February 26, 2011. The Company does not anticipate that its total unrecognized tax benefits will change significantly in the next 12 months. The tax rate for the first quarter ended June 18, 2011 reflects approximately $4 of expense related to prior years’ audit activity.

The entire disclosure for income taxes. Disclosures may include net deferred tax liability or asset recognized in an enterprise's statement of financial position, net change during the year in the total valuation allowance, approximate tax effect of each type of temporary difference and carryforward that gives rise to a significant portion of deferred tax liabilities and deferred tax assets, utilization of a tax carryback, and tax uncertainties information.
