Item 7.01   Regulation FD Disclosure

        On June 10, 2008, Elizabeth Arden, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release to announce that all of the conditions to effectiveness of the previously-announced, exclusive long-term global license agreement between the Company and Liz Claiborne, Inc. and certain of its affiliates, under which the Company has the exclusive rights to manufacture, distribute and market the Liz Claiborne fragrance brands, had been satisfied or waived, and the license agreement had become effective.

        Attached as Exhibit 99 is a copy of the press release.
