      On February 3, 2005, Elizabeth Arden, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release to (i) announce the financial results for the three and six months ended December 31, 2004, and (ii) to provide guidance for its third fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2005 and the full fiscal year ended June 30, 2005.
