14. Related-Party Transactions

Transactions with Loews. We were party to a services agreement with Loews Corporation (or Loews), our former majority shareholder prior to the Effective Date, under which Loews performed certain administrative and technical services on our behalf (or the Services Agreement) and included internal auditing services and advice and assistance with respect to obtaining insurance. On April 24, 2020, our Services Agreement with Loews was terminated by mutual agreement. We have since retained unrelated third parties to assist us with some of these services, including services related to internal audit functions. We were charged $0.3 million by Loews for these support functions related to the Predecessor year ended December 31, 2020.
