8. Segment, Customer Concentration and Geographical Information

Segment Information

Public companies are required to report financial and descriptive information about their reportable operating segments as required by FASB ASC Topic No. 280, Segment Reporting. The Company has one primary business unit based on how management internally evaluates separate financial information, business activities and management responsibility: Wireless. The Wireless segment includes our SafePath®, CommSuite®, ViewSpot®, and NetWise® family of products.

The Company does not separately allocate operating expenses to these business units, nor does it allocate specific assets. Therefore, business unit information reported includes only revenues.

Customer Concentration Information

Revenues generated from our sales to Sprint and, subsequent to its April 2020 merger with Sprint, the combined T-Mobile, and their respective affiliates in the Wireless business segment accounted for 76% and 83% of the Company’s total revenues for the three months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively, and 85% and 81% for the nine months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively. T-Mobile comprised 70% and Sprint comprised 80% of our accounts receivable as of September 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively.

Geographical Information

During the nine months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, the Company operated in three geographic locations; the Americas, EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa), and Asia Pacific. Revenues attributed to the geographic location of the customers’ bill-to address were as follows (in thousands):
