Subsequent Events	15. Subsequent Events The Company evaluates and discloses subsequent events as required by FASB ASC Topic No. 855, Subsequent Events. The Topic establishes general standards of accounting for and disclosure of events that occur after the balance sheet date, but before the financial statements are issued or are available to be issued. During the period from July 26, 2019 through July 31, 2019, certain holders of common stock warrants exercised approximately 4.9 million warrants resulting in cash proceeds of approximately $10.5 million.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
