The Company	1. The Company Smith Micro Software, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Smith Micro,” or the “Company”) provides software and services that simplify, secure and enhance the mobile experience. The Company’s portfolio of wireless solutions includes a wide range of client and server applications that manage devices, communications and network connectivity for end-users as well as Machine-to-Machine (“M2M”) endpoints. Our primary customers are the world’s leading wireless service providers, mobile device and chipset manufacturers, and enterprise businesses. In addition to our wireless and mobility software, Smith Micro offers personal productivity, graphics and animation products distributed through a variety of consumer channels worldwide.
