Profit Sharing	8. Profit Sharing The Company offers its employees a 401(k) plan, in which the Company matches the employee contribution at a rate of 20%, subject to a vesting schedule. Total employer contributions amounted to $0.5 million, $0.6 million and $0.4 million for the years ended December 31, 2011, 2010 and 2009, respectively.
