     On April 28, 2010, Levi Strauss & Co. announced that it had priced an offering of €300 million principal amount of 7 ³/4% Senior Notes due 2018 and $525.0 million principal amount of 7 ⁵/8% Senior Notes due 2020. A copy of the press release relating to the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
