Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On July 28, 2023, Alex Mironov voluntarily resigned from his position as President of LifeMD, Inc. (the “Company”) in connection with his appointment as a Managing Director of Rothschild & Co. Mr. Mironov did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices. The Company thanks Mr. Mironov for his service to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
