Subsequent Events	(22) Subsequent Events The Company evaluated subsequent events through the date on which these financial statements were issued, and other than the Company's Commercial Supply Agreement with Althea regarding the fill and finish process for Alferon N Injection® as disclosed in Note 3 Inventories and Other Assets and the sale of net operating losses as disclosed in Note 15 Income Taxes (FASB ASC 740 Income Taxes) And Subsequent Event, determined that no subsequent event constituted a matter that required disclosure or adjustment to the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2011.
