RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	15. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company has a license agreement with the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. See Note 6. On December 26, 2022, the Company approved the repurchase of three million shares of stock at $1.60 per share from BML Investment Partners, L.P., a 10% stockholder at the time of the transaction. BML Investment Partners, L.P. was a related party only by virtue of its stock ownership.
