14.  COVID-19

To date, the Company's manufacturing facility in Little Elm, Texas has continued to operate due to its status as an essential business. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company has implemented certain safety precautions at its facility to reduce the risk of the potential spread of the novel coronavirus. All Company employees are required to be vaccinated.  The Company continues to monitor the evolving situation and will work to further mitigate risks to staff and to customers. The Company is continuing to evaluate the ever-changing circumstances surrounding this pandemic as it relates to its ability to continue to source materials and products, maintain a workforce, and operate its business effectively and efficiently. Despite the global disruption of the coronavirus pandemic, the Company has not experienced a significant disruption to its supply chain. During 2020 and 2021, the Company has experienced an increase in demand for its products and has been able to meet such demand with increased volumes despite the pandemic. The Company is unable to predict with certainty its ability to maintain its current operational functionality.
