The Company declared dividends in the first quarter of 2016 in the amounts of $12,313 and $42,800 paid to Series I Class B and Series II Class B Preferred Stockholders, respectively, on April 21, 2016. The Company declared dividends in the second quarter of 2016 in the amounts of $12,313 and $42,800 paid to Series I Class B and Series II Class B Preferred Stockholders, respectively, on July 28, 2016. The Company declared dividends in the third quarter of 2016 in the amounts of $12,313 and $42,800 paid to Series I Class B and Series II Class B Preferred Stockholders, respectively, on October 20, 2016.
