Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 11 – Subsequent Events During April 2022, we sold 936,898 shares of our common stock under the ATM Program resulting in aggregate gross proceeds to us of approximately $1.1 million and net proceeds of approximately $1.0 million

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
