13.          Major Customers and Vendors:

The Company had no major vendors during the three months ended September 30, 2026, and one major vendor that accounted for 13% of total purchases during the three months ended  September 30, 2025. The Company had no major vendors during the nine months ended September 30, 2026 and 2025. 

The Company had three major customers that accounted for 20%, 13%, and 13%, respectively, of its net sales during the three months ended  September 30, 2026, and 22%, 14%, and 2%, respectively, of its net sales during the three months ended  September 30, 2025. The Company had three major customers that accounted for 19%, 13%, and 17%, respectively, of its net sales during the nine months ended  September 30, 2026, and 24%, 13%, and 9%, respectively, of its net sales during the nine months ended  September 30, 2025. These same customers, respectively, accounted for 23%, 4%, and 2% of total net accounts receivable as of September 30, 2026, and 15%, 8%, and 1% of total net accounts receivable as of  December 31, 2025.
