Segment Reporting Segment Reporting
The Company reports the results of its continuing operations in one reportable segment. The Company’s Chief Operating Decision Maker (“CODM”) is the Company’s Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"). The CEO, in the role as CODM, evaluates segment performance based on operating income. The CODM reviews assets and makes significant capital expenditure decisions for the Company on a segment level basis. The measure of segment assets is reported on the balance sheet as total assets. Long-lived assets outside of the United States were $3.1 million at March 31, 2025 and December 31, 2024. The other costs items identified below are primarily compensation and employee benefits and facility costs.

The following table provides a reconciliation of the Company's segment operating income to net income, from continuing operations, for the three months ended March 31, 2025 and 2024 (in millions):
