Disaggregation of Revenues

The Company believes its presentation of revenue by geography most reasonably depicts how the nature, amount, timing and uncertainty of the Company's revenue and cash flows are affected by economic and industry factors, including fluctuations in exchange rates between the U.S. and Canada. The following table presents the Company's revenue from continuing operations by geography for the three months ended March 31, 2023 and 2022, respectively (in millions):

The Company will record a contract liability in cases where customers pay in advance of the Company's satisfaction of its performance obligation. The Company did not have any material unsatisfied performance obligations or liabilities as of March 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022.
