(b)              On March 6, 2008, executive officer, Terrence Barclift, submitted his resignation from his position as Senior Vice President and Senior Lending Officer of United Bancshares, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary United Bank of Philadelphia, effective March 7, 2008, for personal reasons.
