Activities in the Accrued Warranty Accounts

We accrue for estimated warranty costs at the time the related revenue is recognized and based on historical experience and projected claims. Our System Design and Build contracts generally include a one year base warranty on the systems. The portion of our warranty provision expected to be incurred within 12 months is classified as current within accrued warranty and totals $0.8 million and the remaining $0.2 million is classified as long-term within other noncurrent liabilities.
