15.	Product Warranty

The Company accrues for estimated warranty costs at the time the related revenue is recognized based on historical experience and projected claims. The Company's SDB contracts generally provide a one to two-year base warranty on the systems. The portion of the warranty provision expected to be incurred within 12 months is classified as current within accrued warranty and totals $1.2 million, while the remaining $0.7 million is classified as long-term within other liabilities. The activity in the accrued warranty accounts is as follows:
