13.	Share Repurchase Plan

On March 21, 2011, the Board of Directors authorized the purchase of up to $3.0 million of the Company’s common stock in accordance with the safe harbor provisions of Rule 10b-18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2012 the Company repurchased 60,700 and 223,087 shares at an aggregate cost of $119,000 and $422,000, respectively. During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2011 the Company repurchased 370,519 and 521,400 shares at an aggregate cost of $792,000 and $1.1 million, respectively.
