Employee Benefits	16. Employee Benefits The Company has a qualified defined contribution plan that covers substantially all U.S. employees under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. Under this plan, the Company's stipulated basic contribution matches a portion of the participants' contributions based upon a defined schedule. The Company's contributions to the plan were approximately $271,000, $245,000, and $197,000 for the years ended December 31, 2011, 2010, and 2009, respectively.
