Subsequent Events	16. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 1, 2012, the Company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per common share. The dividend was paid on October 26, 2012 to shareholders of record on October 11, 2012. The total dividend paid amounted to $13.7 million.
