Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On January 27, 2012 the U.S. federal court granted the Company's motion for preliminary injunction in the legal matter between it and JH Development, LLC, but the plaintiff then filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition later that day, which stayed any further action against the plaintiff.
