The Company did not sell any loans during the year ended December 31, 2019The following table shows the amount of loan participation sales and the resulting changes in servicing assets recorded during the years ended December 31, 2019 and 2018. Management amortizes servicing assets using the interest method as an adjustment to servicing fee income.
