We are party to various lawsuits from time to time arising in the normal course of business, including, but

limited to, royalty, contract, personal injury, and environmental claims. We have established reserves as appropriate for all such proceedings and intend to vigorously defend these actions. Management believes, based on currently available information, that adverse results or judgments from such actions, if any, would

not

have been material to our consolidated financial position, results of operations or liquidity for the
