Employee Retirement Plans

We contribute to a number of employee retirement plans for the benefit of our employees. Details of the main plans are as follows:

Australia We contribute to defined contribution plans for each employee resident in Australia at the rate of approximately 10.5% of salaries. Employees may contribute additional funds to the plans. All Australian employees, after serving a qualifying period, are entitled to benefits on retirement, disability or death. Our total contributions to the plans for the years ended June 30, 2023, 2022 and 2021, were $13.0 million, $11.8 million and $10.7 million, respectively.

United States We sponsor a defined contribution plan available to substantially all domestic employees. Company contributions to this plan are based on a percentage of employee contributions to a maximum of 4.0% of the employee’s

salary. Our total contributions to the plan were $12.7 million, $11.9 million and $9.6 million in fiscal 2023, 2022 and 2021, respectively.

Singapore We sponsor a defined contribution plan available to substantially all domestic employees. Company contributions to this plan are based on a percentage of employee contributions to a maximum of 17.0% of the employee’s salary. Our total contributions to the plan were $3.6 million, $3.1 million and $2.5 million in fiscal 2023, 2022 and 2021, respectively.
