) Basis of Presentation and Consolidation

The Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“GAAP”) on the accrual basis of accounting. All significant intercompany accounts and transactions have been eliminated in consolidation.
