INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXES The overall effective tax rate for the three months ended March 31, 2024 and 2023 was 23.6% and 25.5%, respectively. The year over year decrease was primarily driven by higher discrete equity compensation tax deductions for the three months ended March 31, 2024.
