RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLANS	10. RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLANS Substantially all of our employees in the United States are eligible to participate in our qualified defined contribution 401(k) plan. Participants may elect to have a specified portion of their salary contributed to the plan, and we may make discretionary contributions to the plan. We made contributions totaling $106,000 and $49,000 to the plans for 2019 and 2018, respectively.
