Other Assets	Note J: Other Assets In January 2013, we acquired a minority interest in the shares of common stock of Municipal Parking Services, Inc. (MPS) for an aggregate purchase price of $300,000. The investment is accounted for under the cost method and is included in Other Assets on our condensed consolidated balance sheets. In April 2013, the Chief Executive Officer of MPS was appointed to our Board of Directors.
