Real Estate Assets	Real Estate Assets Dispositions During the third quarter of 2024, we completed our exit from the Greensboro market by selling our last remaining land parcel for a sales price of $4.5 million and recorded a gain on disposition of property of $0.4 million. During the second quarter of 2024, we sold seven buildings in Raleigh for a sales price of $62.5 million and recorded a gain on disposition of property of $35.0 million. During the first quarter of 2024, we sold two buildings in Raleigh for an aggregate sales price of $16.9 million and recorded aggregate gains on disposition of property of $7.2 million.
