SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	Subsequent to June 30, 2016, we borrowed an additional $250,000 under the terms of the Goldman LOC and $250,000 under the New Crocker LOC. As a result, the total principal amount due and payable under the Lines of Credit are $2,000,000, and approximately $3,500,000 remains available under the Lines of Credit for additional borrowings.
