SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	In April 2016, the Company renewed its office facilities lease in Ottawa, Province of Ontario, Canada, for a five-year period at a cost of approximately $3,000 per month. Renewal terms were substantially unchanged from the existing lease.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
