Note 11 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	During October 2012, the Company issued 102,266 shares of common stock pursuant to the cashless exercise of 194,903 warrants. Also during October 2012, the Company issued 48,700 shares of common stock pursuant to the exercise of 48,700 warrants resulting in cash proceeds to the Company of $24,350.
