Stockholder Meeting Notice

Cameron International Corporation 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Friday, May 16, 2014, at Cameron’s corporate headquarters, 1333 West Loop South, Suite 1700, Houston, Texas, at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time.

Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.

The Board of Directors recommends a vote FOR Proposals 1 through 3.

1.     To elect seven director nominees to our Board of Directors.

2.     To ratify the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as our independent registered public accountants for 2014.

3.     To approve, on an advisory basis, our 2013 executive compensation.
