ICL Signs Agreements for the Supply of Potash to Customers in China during 2026

ICL hereby announces that as part of its 2025-2027 framework agreements with its customers in China, ICL has signed contracts to supply an aggregate amount of 750,000 metric tons of potash, with a mutual option for an additional 330,000 metric tons, to be supplied to customers in China during 2026, at a price aligned with recent contracts settlements in China ($348 per ton CIFFO). For information regarding ICL’s 2025-2027 framework agreements in China, see the Company’s announcement dated December 2, 2024 (Ref No. 2024-02-621083).
