Final determination by the ITC – ICL Magnesium Imports to the US Did Not Cause Injury

 

Further to Note 6.2 of the Company's financial statements for the third quarter of 2019, regarding the petition filed in the US requesting to impose anti-dumping and countervailing duties on imports of magnesium from Israel, the Company hereby reports that today the International Trade Commission (hereinafter "ITC") unanimously resolved that no material injury or threat of injury has been caused to the US magnesium industry.

 

The ITC decision brings to an end the administrative investigation against the import of magnesium produced in Israel to the US, and terminates the customs duty rates set by the US Department of Commerce.
