The Company hereby wishes to report that Mr. Eran Sarig, member of the Company's Board of Directors, will retire from his position, effective as of today, following his retirement as an executive officer in Israel Corporation Ltd.

The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr. Sarig for his immense contribution to the Company and its achievements.
