Stockholders’ Equity

Pursuant to the authorization of our Board of Directors to repurchase up to 187.4 million shares of our common stock in accordance with applicable securities laws, we have repurchased a total of 170.5 million shares of our common stock through February 26, 2012. Fiscal 2012 common stock repurchases are as follows:
