DEBT ARRANGEMENTS Senior Notes At June 30, 2011, the Company did not achieve the ratio of consolidated EBITDA to fixed charges of at least 2.0 to 1.0 necessary under the indenture governing the 10% Senior Notes due 2016 to access the restricted payments basket for the purchase of common stock and other actions under that basket. The Company from time to time may not satisfy the required ratio.
