Commitments and Contingencies	18. Commitments and Contingencies We are involved in various legal proceedings and have certain unresolved claims pending. We believe, based on examination of these matters and experiences to date, that the ultimate liability, if any, in excess of amounts already provided in our condensed financial statements is not likely to have a material effect on our results of operations, financial position or cash flows.
