Acquisition Costs

We recorded approximately $13 million and $34 million of acquisition costs in the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022, respectively, compared to $7 million in both the same periods in 2021 related to our proposed acquisition of the BBH Investor Services business. In addition, we recorded approximately $11 million and $33 million of acquisition costs in the three and nine months ended September 30, 2021, respectively, related to our 2018 acquisition of CRD.
