On November 12, 2009, the Company issued a press release entitled, “Hyperdynamics to Hold Business Update Investor Conference Call December 1”.  The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

On November 13, 2009, the Company issued a press release entitled, “Hyperdynamics Corporation Updates Progress of 2-D Seismic Survey”.  The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
