Related Party Disclosure	22. Related Parties ArmaGen, Inc. (“ArmaGen”) is a related party as the Company owns 21% of ArmaGen common stock and the parties have a worldwide licensing and collaboration agreement to develop and commercialize AGT-182. Shire recorded R&D costs arising from the licensing and collaboration arrangement of $0.5 million in the three months ended March 31, 2016, of which $0.2 million was accrued and unpaid as of March 31, 2016 (2015: $nil).
