7.Resultsof Discontinued Operations

Following the sale of the Company's DERMAGRAFT business in January 2014, the operating results associated with the DERMAGRAFT business have been classified as discontinued operations in the consolidated statements of income for all periods presented. In the three months ended March 31, 2016 and 2015, the Company recorded a gainof $9.5million (net of tax of $5.5million) primarilyrelated to reimbursement of legal costs and a loss of $2.5 million (net of tax of $1.4 million) related to costs associated with the sale, respectively.
